Terms for use of the Smart Return development platform
1. Scope
These terms describe the current demo trading website. Access is provided for informational and simulated trading purposes, subject to applicable law.
2. Demo funds
Demo balances, demo profits and simulated transactions are virtual and have no monetary value. They cannot be withdrawn, exchanged or transferred as real funds.
3. No investment advice
Market information, automated signals and simulation results are informational. They are not individualized investment advice, a recommendation to trade or a guarantee of outcomes.
4. Accounts
Users must provide accurate account details, protect their credentials and avoid unauthorized access or misuse of the service.
5. Availability
Features and third-party quotes may be interrupted, delayed, modified or unavailable. Real-money trading remains disabled until verified integrations and applicable authorizations are in place.
6. Risks and limitations
Simulated performance is hypothetical and may not reflect live execution, slippage, liquidity, costs or real-world losses. Read the Risk Disclosure.
